ByteGlide provides an AI-powered lead generation and management platform that helps businesses capture, organize, and convert leads from multiple advertising channels. Our service includes but is not limited to:

  • Lead capture and integration from advertising platforms
  • AI-powered lead scoring and categorization
  • Lead management dashboard and analytics
  • Automated follow-up and communication tools

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account through our sales qualification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ByteGlide's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteGlide, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
